Katydid (Leaf bug)
This is a katydid (or some people call it leaf bug). I found it on my window. It gets its name from the sound it makes, which sounds like "ka-ty-did". As you probably noticed, it looks almost exactly like a leaf, and it even has the special markings that a leaf has. It looks like that because it has camouflage. It eats leafs from the tops of bushes and trees, and flies away when there is danger nearby. Spiders, frogs, birds, bats, snakes, and other things that eat insects eat katydids. If you would like to take care of one, I don't want something to go wrong, so go to wiki how, and look up how to take care of katydids. I hope you enjoyed, feel free to leave a comment, and I'm off to nature!
this is a test
